Tentative Timeline and the Process Flow Chart:

1. Introductory letter with attached nomination form about election/nomination request sent to ALL members in November.
2. Deadline for receipt of all nominations by the end of November.
3. Deadline for receipt of written consent from nominees to contest or not by early December.

The election process will take place:

• If EC receive exact number of willing nominations, EC will announce new GBM/CCM members on by December.
• If EC receive more than required willing nominees:
  1. Ballots will be sent to members by mid December.
  2. Deadline for receipt of ballots from members by the end of December. In case a member is out of town EC will arrange to send your ballot electronically.
  3. Results of election to be announced/declared to all members by end of December or early January.

The new GBM/CCM will assume the charge from beginning of the New Year.
